COVID-19 Policy

 You must Reserve Your Time & Purchase Tickets before arriving. No walk-ins are allowed. We are limiting the number of people during each time slot. 

• Arrive at least 20 minutes before your reserved time.
• Have your tickets ready before checking in.
• Only 1 person from your family, group, or party may check-in with us.
• Everyone else, please stay in your vehicle.

• We are limiting the number of people in each 2-hour time slot to avoid over-crowding and to allow more runs down the hill.
• You must have a properly colored & time-stamped lift pass for your reserved time to be on-site.

• Building access to the Tubing Shop, Snack Bar, and Restrooms will be limited.
• We ask that you change into your snow gear at your vehicle.

• Masks are recommended, but not required. 
• Please use proper distancing around other people not in your family, group, or party.
• If you are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and visit us when you are better.
• Please use common sense and make decisions that are best for your family and those around you.
