Group Info

• All Groups MUST book at least 2 weeks in advance with Derek Baker.
• Groups that do not contact us will not receive Group Pricing.
• Must be part of an organization like a church, school, or team.
• Group rates start at 12 or more tubers.
• First discount is from 12 - 25 tubers.
• Second discount is from 26 or more tubers.
• There is a 5% Cornwall Amusement Tax on each ticket.
• Group rate discounts vary based on the day of the week or holidays.
• All group tickets are good for 2 hours from the time of check-in.
• A group leader must pay for the entire group at once. This can be the day of or in advance.
• A final tally of tubers is due 5 days in advance. A "ballpark" count is OK.
• An "Online Waiver Link" will be emailed to the group leader. The leader needs to share this link with the tubers.
• The Online Waiver must be completed in advance using the link provided to the group leader.
• Do not fill out the Online Waiver on our website, that is for non-group customers only.
• Hours of operation may vary based on weather and conditions. We reserve the right to "shut down" the tubing hill if needed.
• Cancelation is acceptable at any time without penalty, unless food and beverage were set up in advance. You would be responsible for the food portion of your booking if applicable.
• We ask that all groups remain in an outside area until the group leader completes the transaction. We will have a staff member go over the rules and assist with the tickets. For example: if you came on a bus, please remain on the bus until we address the group as a whole.
